In what has become a laughingstalk of a campaign, Reyna "the Republican" falsely accused Clarissa Gonzalez of lying about her military service record's medical discharge and not pleasing his majesty and stating it was an "honorable discharge"-not that he ever enlisted. Through Diligent reporting by Mitch Bryan of KRIS-TV all that was a matter was a typo that Reyna could have verified or not with the publisher and Mrs. Gonzalez. Although Reyna says it is not politically motivated and it was to point out a possible lie, THEN WHY IN THE HELL DID HE HAVE CAMERAS, ALL HIS SOLOMONISTA SUPPORTERS and Mike "the Enforcer" Rendon around at the courthouse calling her a liar and wanting her to "apologize to the good citizens of Nueces county". MAYBE IT IS YOU THAT NEED TO BE DOING THE APOLOGIZING AFTER THEY SPANKED YOU AND MADE YOU LOOK LIKE THE HORSES ASS YOU ARE. EVERYONE VOTE AGAINST JUAN REYNA. HE CAN'T EVEN GET HIS FACTS STRAIGHT.

Jack Gordy Faces Off Against Alleged Sign Violator Juan Reyna: Day 10 of the La Politica Situation Room

Jack Gordy has filed a police report on Reyna for alleged 1000 violations on his signs at 400.00/violation.

Gordy was interviewed today by an El Politico Reporter: "This is the most arrogant and unresponsive man I have ever encountered. He promised to take down his signs on February 15th on television and he has not taken down one sign or taken one of my phone calls. I called Austin and they told me to contact the district attorney and the chief of police. If he can't keep his promises on signs, what's he going to do with our tax dollars?"

Gordy indicated he will follow up with the chief of police and the district attorney and the media tomorrow. The Police Report number is: 10022320085 according to Gordy and his calls to 993-8100, Mr. Reyna's office have fallen on reportedly deaf ears.

REYNA'S SIGNS REMAIN UP DESPITE HIS PROMISES TO TAKE THEM DOWN TO THE PUBLIC

REYNA, the candidate for Nueces County Judge who had a diarrhea of signs throughout the county (they were brown too, yuk..) are still up despite his promises to the public that he would take them down for the misleading huge letters with a micro "for" in order to mislead people that he was the County Judge. It is a well known fact he is backed by the Solomonistas who are well-versed in signmaking so, why then have they done nothing to remove those signs despite Mr. Reyna's public (KRIS/KZTV) promises to remove the illegal signs.

In an interview with a Politico reporter, local political sign watchman, Jack Gordy stated, "Mr. Reyna is no friend of mine. All of his signs are in violation and day 6 and he still has done nothing. I've called Lucy Rubio and have received a rash of complaints about his signs but this guy does nothing. I have strong reservations about how he would keep promises to the voters and lead people if he can't police his own illegal signs."

RELIABLE SOURCES SAY REYNA NOT CONCERNED ABOUT SIGN VIOLATIONS OR JACK GORDY...

RELIABLE SOURCES INDICATE...that All of Mr. Reyna's signs are out of compliance and misleading by misrepresenting that he is already the Judge. Some indicate he is a lawyer and his backers have been in politics for 3 decades so there is no excuse for making 1000 signs with such a fatal mistake. He has vowed to remove all of the signs and put up new ones on television and was quoted by two reporters indicating this would be done. 36 hours later all signs are still up and apparently Jack Gordy was called by our sources today..(.793-8978) and he indicated that Mr. Reyna repeatedly ignored his calls and failed to remove the signs. "The signs are misleading because it looks like it just says Juan Reyna..County Judge. he is not County Judge and is violating the law hundreds of times.." said Gordy. Gordy indicated he would be filing a Texas Ethics Commission violation against Reyna who was heard to say at LULAC to his opponent.. Juan Reyna is in hot water for violating the Election Code on each and everyone of his signs. In a public apology Reyna admitted to violating the law and that he would tear down all his signs and put up new ones. Is he ignorant of the law or did he just try to pull a fast one on the voters of Nueces County by having huge letters that said JUAN REYNA and COUNTY JUDGE, AND A TEENSY ""for" which was one quarter the size of everything else? His campaign had already been imploding with thugs from his camp threatening his opponent Clarissa Gonzalez and her 9 year old daughter at the League of Women Voters debate, ripping down her signs and reportedly blocking her signs. Shame, shame know your name! It will be interesting to see if Reyna "the Republican" can put up 1,000 signs and take off the 1,000. that are illegal and blocking traffic over a weekend. Sources reveal that he laughed off Jack Gordy, the local sign patrol, and ignored his calls for several days. Gordy indicated that if anyone sees a sign up that is illegal as reported to please call Mr. Reyna at 993-8100.

A well known politicera who wished to remain anonymous said, " I can't believe it...a lawyer who either doesn't know the election laws or he just wanted to fool everyone and look who is backing him? A machine that has been around 30 years and they can't get the signs right? I think this wasn't plain stupidity, it was a purposeful violation of the law. If any of those signs aren't gone by the weekend I and my family are going to go and drive around the county and take pictures of every violation and also encourage people to call the news to report Mr. Reyna."

Once again the Reyna camp .are showing their true colors. According to a candidate for JP1, PLACE 1, signs of Clarissa Gonzalez were smashed and no others were touched at mobile voting sites today.

Mr. Reyna was not available for comment and as we all remember denied knowledge of the threats to Mrs. Gonzalez and her daughter at the League of Women Voters debate last week.

The Race for Nueces County Judge gets Ugly! Reyna's Camp Spinning out of Control!

The Race for Nueces County Judge became ugly Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 7pm at City Hall when 4 reliable female activist witnesses indicated that Joseph Ramirez, Campaign Manager for Juan P. Reyna accosted Mrs. Clarissa Gonzalez and her daughter regarding La Politica's opinions and attempted to strongarm her, she excused herself to prepare for the debate. Unfortunately, Mr. Ramirez followed her and her daughter to the bathroom and continued to berate her in front of other women at the League of Women Voter debate. Security was summoned and Juan Reyna himself after the fact asked Joseph "Mad Dog" Ramirez to leave the premises. After the debate but not shaken by these ungentlemanly and abusive deeds, she completed the debate and was escorted by a male campaign worker and City Hall security. Mr. Reyna was unavailable for comment and on commentarios on 104.9 at 1:00pm today feigned ingnorance of the whole event!

Clarissa Gonzalez to her credit refused to file a police report or obtain a restraining order and shrugged it off as politics but commented that she was disappointed her 9 year old daughter who came out to see her mother debate was subjected to this type of violent and intimidating behavior. It is whispered that Joseph is on the carpet since his uncle LENCHO RENDON rolled into town after the debacle to chastise him since Joseph is also acting as a campaign organizer for the Bill White Campaign.

Susie Luna of Grassroots Consultants who is managing the huge FAROUK SHAMIE campaign happened to be at City Hall and was witness to the spectacle: "It's disappointing when you have a campaign and its leader allow one person to go negative and cross the line and intimidate a female candidate and her daughter. Ladies and gentleman, of the Democratic Party, one minute he says he is humble, then he acts superior with his 3 degrees... which is it? Can we rely on Juan Reyna's word when he left the City of Alice to become a Republican and now he's a Democrat again? He speaks in his commentarios of issues, but what is the real issue in a Democratic Primary? The real issue is, are you a Democrat and are you honest or are you shifting? Where does your 19 years of experience come from when you had 10 of those with your nose in a book and leave every job you have after a year or two the last decade?"
