In a history making event, last night Reyna refused to support Clarissa Gonzalez if she bested him March 2, 2010. In a blockbuster occurrence in the history of Democratic Politics, Reyna, visibly irate he could not discredit Gonzalez over her military service record, and her medical discharge for a physical disability, never answered Rene Saenz of South Texas Politics' fame last night at 10 til 7pm and half heartedly said he would support democrats and then went on a two minute soundbyte about Loyd Neal and what a great leader he has been. Meanwhile, back at the Democratic Ranch candidates are already backing away from Reyna like he has a loathsome skin disease and is being treated like a Leper. Wildfire about Joseph Ramirez, Reyna's campaign manager, admitting defeat is everywhere after Joseph reportedly was buzzing with some cold brewskies at Chili's and said, quote unquote through a reliable waiter source: "Man, oh man, Chingao, Reyna blew the debate, bro.."
Politicians fearing a Republican takeover in November fear the worst if Reyna was smeared onto them. One reputable judge, said off the record," that idiot smeared the Democratic party. Why would he run if he voted 5 times in Republican primaries and gave money to Connie Scott. It just sends the message to vote Republican if you have flipfloppers on the ticket. He messed up."
It was rumored that Phil "Darth Vader" Vela, famed for his powerbrokering here in South Texas 15 years said of Reyna while at a campaign event for his wife Rose Vela for the TX Supreme Court, "What a pendejo. He should have stayed Republican and he would have been our next D.A. but noooo, he had to flipflop which cost him dearly."
The Reyna camp is sinking like like the Titanic and let us hope Reyna's flipflopping doesn't bring a political tsunami come November for Democrats.
